Refund policy

We are very sorry that you want to return your purchase, and if there has been an issue with it then please do let us know via email: hello@fayretradefairy.co.uk and we will be happy to chat and resolve any problem with you.
You have 10 days from the day you receive your product(s) to request a refund.
Contact us via email : hello@fayretradefairy.co.uk with your order number and return request.
Please include your original invoice and post your return within 10 days of receipt to the address provided when you contact us.
We are not liable for any returns lost in the post, please save your tracking information and make sure you will be compensated by the courier if lost.
Your return will be processed within 2-5 days of receiving it and you will be notified that the return is complete.
All products must be returned UNWORN and in the same packaging it came in.
